Clutch ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Clutch - AI Picks mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.

- Account information: email address, display name, and favorite NBA team when you create an account via Apple or Google Sign-In.
- Usage data: predictions you make, challenge answers, battle participation, and app interaction patterns.
- Device information: device type, operating system version, and push notification tokens.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain our service, including personalized predictions and leaderboards.
- To send push notifications about game starts, prediction results, and daily challenges (with your consent).
- To improve our ML prediction models and app experience.
- To process premium subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes. Your display name and prediction accuracy are visible on public leaderboards within the app.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including Row Level Security (RLS) policies to protect your data.

6. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us or using the Delete Account option in the app. You can manage notification preferences within the app settings.

Our service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
