1. Service Description

Clutch provides AI-powered NBA game predictions, analysis tools, and interactive features for entertainment and informational purposes only. Our predictions are generated by machine learning models and are not guarantees of outcomes.

2. Not Gambling Advice

Clutch is NOT a gambling platform and does not facilitate betting. Our predictions and analysis are for entertainment and educational purposes only. We do not accept wagers, process bets, or provide gambling services. Users are responsible for complying with local laws regarding sports betting in their jurisdiction.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Clutch. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are auto-renewable through Apple In-App Purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• No refunds for partial subscription periods.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose, reverse-engineer the app, scrape data, create multiple accounts for leaderboard manipulation, harass other users, or use automated systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, predictions, models, and analysis are proprietary to Clutch. NBA team names and logos are trademarks of the NBA and its teams.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee prediction accuracy or uninterrupted service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clutch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial losses from decisions based on our predictions.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the app or by contacting uguraltunbas1@gmail.com. Account deletion is permanent and all data will be removed.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
